It was the perfect place for us. Beautiful home that was decorated to the tee. The two covered patios, looking over the golf course, were well utilized by our group in late afternoon and early evenings and for morning coffee. It was sooo clean. It will become our home away from home. Thank you

The house was fantastic and a perfect size and layout for a larger group. The balcony offers amazing views of downtown but be sure not to be out there too late as it disturbs the neighbors. The location was great and was a short cab ride to downtown. We never walked down to 6th but I would imagine it would be an easy and pleasant walk. Overall we were all very pleased with the house, location and ease of working with the JD HOMES staff and would recommend the property to any large group or family.

“We booked it for the weekend including dinner, painting with a twist, and a night out on sixth street. The rental was easy to find, clean and well maintained. The rental was in a great location: two blocks off sixth and walking distance to many restaurants. The JD Vacation Rental staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay.”

JD HOMES called on the day of our arrival to make sure everything was expected and there were flowers in the apartment. We happened to have some issues with the cable, but the JD team was at our house in minutes to resolve things.”

Awesome setting by the river. Definitely encourages relaxing! Cute house with a nice deck to hang out on or even have a few friends by. Easy access to the bike path and a short ride downtown if you want. 2nd time staying here. Owner is generally responsive for communications.
