The space

One Bedroom Condo on the beach is on the top floor (very quiet) with plenty of light and diagonal view of the Ocean. We just bought it and renovated it with new tile/paint, furniture, and decorations. During the daytime you can go Nikki Beach Club, and at night time you can walk to all the great bars/restaurants/clubs that South Beach has to offer. Parking is right across the street with reasonable pricing. Best Parking App/website can be used for street/garage parking options/reservations.

Location can not be beat, walk out to the pool that opens out to the beach - we provide chairs/beach towels/cooler. We have a membership so you can enjoy the beach umbrella and chairs for $5.
