DUTIES AND TASK :
Making Regular shipment Drop offs at FedEx/USPS Stores2
Handling and monitoring some financial activities ( receiving and making payment )
Donations to the Orphanage home once in a month (food items, Cash mailing, Gift items etc)
Acting as an alternative telephone correspondence
Max hour needed is not up to 2 hours daily and 5 days in a week
Personal errands ( purchasing gifts for loved ones / family members )
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
